Spiritually Cleansing

When stepping into the world of spirituality, you have to realize that everything is energy and no matter the intention when we traverse into spiritual places (Drummings, ceremonies, etc) and in life we pick up negative energy, as any spiritual practitioner will tell you cleansing is the first step to purifying and opening your path for blessings to come in. Now this is not to say that baths are just to open our roads, there are baths for many reasons (uncrossing, cleansing, protection, etc). But, baths are not the only way to cleanse.

Cleansing can be done with resin and charcoal combination or with fresh herbs or fruits. This all comes with what is the purpose for cleansing is it for self, for your home, your child or even your business down below are some simple baths that are good to do at any time to bring refreshing things to yourself and your home.

White Bath

This is a simple bath that brings calmness to one’s head it only requires Milk (goat or coconut preferred), White flowers, Cocoa Butter, Cascarilla & Gardenia perfume. Once all ingredients are mixed this can be poured from the head down after your regular shower routine, allow to air dry or pat dry after.

Blue Floor Wash

This floor wash can be mixed with ammonia to cleanse negative energy from a home or space. It requires blue laundry soap (blue anil), Basil, Water, Molasses, Florida Water, Siempre Viva & Rue. Once ingredients are mixed this can be used to mop out any area.
